Terms of service

UnvelloWeb audits public websites for search and AI visibility and suggests fixes. Scores and findings describe what our checks found at the time of the audit, under the rules version shown on the report. They are guidance, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic or how any search engine or AI assistant will treat a site.

• You must be at least 16 and give accurate information.
• Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces.
• Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and are responsible for their team's use of it.

You may audit websites you own or are authorised to work on, and public websites for research. You must not:

• use the service to attack, overload or probe websites or networks, or to get around rate limits;
• audit sites whose owners have opted out, or try to hide your identity to do so;
• resell raw access, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer it;
• upload anything unlawful or infringing (for example as a report logo), or misuse share links.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where reasonable.

• Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the purchase.
• You can cancel any time from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Plans have no free trials.
• If a payment fails, you keep your plan during a short grace period; after that the workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — items over the Free limits are paused until you upgrade.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Refunds follow our payment provider's refund policy and applicable consumer law.

Your reports, exports and branding are yours; you give us the permission we need to store and process them to provide the service. The UnvelloWeb software, checks, fix templates and brand are ours. Fix packs and PDFs you export are yours to use for your own and your clients' websites.

Some suggestions are drafted by AI from the audited site's own pages and are marked “Suggested — review before publishing”. Check them before use; you are responsible for what you publish.

We work to keep UnvelloWeb available and secure but don't promise uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces a paid feature, we'll tell you in advance.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or rankings), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability) continue after the agreement ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away any consumer protection you have where you live. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. Questions: support@unvelloweb.com.
